Stephanie Funk Westlake Entrada

Many Catalonians vacation in their own province, because with the culture and lifestyle available to them at home, why would they venture elsewhere? Entrada finally brings the dining and shopping you love right to your neighborhood. During the day, you might walk beneath the shadow of the proud clock tower, passing by this store and that business.

At night, after dining, the romantic setting might entice you to take a walk as the stars shine on the water and the rose colored light of the storefronts fill the streets. Entrada beautifully balances between commerce, amenities and most importantly the quality of life lived on these cobblestone lanes.Type your paragraph here.Type your paragraph here.

Every morning, the sun sparkles off of the stone buildings, streets and bridges perfectly complimenting the rolling hills and peaceful natural surroundings. Each evening, the stars sparkle above strings of lights the sway in the breeze and invite leisurely strolls and neighborly smiles. Entrada captures the imagination and sets the stage for residents to enjoy rich home lives and escape the day to day busyness. Entrada features single-family homes, town homes, and condominiums that are filled with luxurious details that you and your family will love. Residents will get to enjoy this stunning, walkable community and all of the amenities it has to offer.

Westlake Entrada is an 85 acre mixed-use European-style village on the southeast corner of SH 114 and Davis Boulevard in Westlake.  Plans include retail shops, restaurant, medical offices, entertainment options, residential homes, and offices surrounding a major water amenity. It also will include a signature bridge that looks similar to the Rialto Bridge in Venice, Italy.

Westlake’s Entrada project is taking shape with a 135-room Hyatt Place Hotel, a Primrose School, a Starbucks and a CVS Pharmacy all confirmed for the 85-acre project.

Entrada also will have residential units, including single family villas, townhomes and condominiums.
